К проблеме оптимизации критериев оценки эффективности обеспечения национальной безопасности государства
Аннотация
Статья посвящена проблемам оптимизации критериев оценки эффективности обеспечения национальной безопасности государства. На основе анализа научных взглядов ученых и норм действующего законодательства Украины выделен перечень критериев, по которым необходимо оценивать эффективность обеспечения национальной безопасности Украины. Указанные критерии предложено поделить на четыре большие группы: финансовые, социально-культурные, политические, показатели боевой готовности армии. Усовершенствован и классифицирован перечень критериев, по которым необходимо оценивать эффективность обеспечения национальной безопасности.
