Підготовка кадрів для сектору безпеки і оборони як передумова забезпечення Національної безпеки України
Анотація
Аргументовано, що необхідною передумовою забезпечення національної безпеки держави є забезпечення якісної підготовки кадрів для сектору безпеки і оборони. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан підготовки кадрів і виокремлено проблемні питання в цій сфері. Наголошено на необхідності оновлення підходів до підготовки кадрів для сектору безпеки і оборони за допомогою запровадження інтегрованої системи освіти для персоналу сектору безпеки і оборони, в межах якої мають водночас дотримуватися принципи спеціалізації та індивідуалізації підготовки кадрів, орієнтованої на підвищення фахового рівня персоналу, а також запровадження якісно нової культури безпеки персоналу на основі принципів і стандартів Європейського Союзу та НАТО.
