Объект уголовного проступка, предусмотренного ст. 132 УК Украины, сквозь призму определения объекта уголовных проступков против жизни и здоровья человека
Аннотация
Проанализированы различные подходы к определению объекта уголовного проступка, предусмотренного ст. 132 УК Украины, сквозь призму уголовных проступков против жизни и здоровья человека. Рассмотрены проблемные вопросы выбранной тематики, касающиеся несогласованности объекта уголовного проступка, предусмотренного ст. 132 УК Украины, с прочими уголовным проступками против жизни и здоровья человека. Подчеркнута необходимость исключения из Уголовного кодекса Украины ст. 132 и расширения содержания диспозиции ст. 182 таким уголовно-противоправным деянием, как разглашение сведений о проведении медицинского освидетельствования на выявление заражения вирусом иммунодефицита человека либо иной неизлечимой инфекционной болезни.
