Повышение боеготовности и боеспособности полицейских к действиям в экстремальных ситуациях
Аннотация
Значительный уровень травматизма и количество случаев гибели стражей порядка, особенно в экстремальных ситуациях, требует постоянных исследований в сфере повышения профессиональных способностей правоохранителей. Практическая значимость также не ставится под сомнение, все подразделения Национальной полиции с этапа профессионального отбора в систему профессиональной подготовки требуют усовершенствования и системного подхода к повышению боеготовности и боеспособности, качественных изменений в системе профессиональной подготовки. К сожалению, не каждый полицейский готов к действиям в сложных и экстремальных ситуациях. В статье показаны результаты исследования влияния экстремальных ситуаций на боеспособность и боеготовность полицейских. Рассмотрены основные особенности экстремальных ситуаций и их влияние на готовность полицейских к эффективным действиям. Подготовка полицейских ограничивается физической, психологической и огневой подготовкой в статических (комфортных) условиях.
