Підвищення боєготовності та боєздатності поліцейських до дій в екстремальних ситуаціях
Анотація
Значний рівень травматизму і кількість випадків загибелі правоохоронців, особливо в екстремальних ситуаціях, потребує постійних досліджень у сфері підвищення професійних здібностей правоохоронців. Практична значущість також не має сумнівів, всі підрозділи Національної поліції з етапу професійного відбору до системи професійної підготовки потребують удосконалення та системного підходу до підвищення боєготовності та боєздатності, якісних змін у системі професійної підготовки. На жаль, не кожен поліцейський готовий до дій у певних складних та екстремальних ситуаціях. У статті надано результати дослідження впливу екстремальних ситуацій на боєздатність і боєготовність поліцейських. Розглянуто основні особливості екстремальних ситуацій та їх вплив на готовність поліцейських до ефективних дій. Підготовка поліцейських обмежується фізичною, психологічної та вогневою підготовкою у статичних (комфортних) умовах.
