Роль CОТ у регулюванні світової торгівлі медичними засобами та приладами під час пандемії COVID-19
Анотація
Розглянуто особливості міжнародної торгівлі лікарськими засобами та приладами під час пандемії СOVID-19. Проведено аналіз експорту медичних засобів та приладів у 2020 р. і викладено основні проблеми, що існують у цій сфері.
Проаналізовано угоди СОТ, які регулюють міжнародну торгівлю лікарськими засобами і приладами, й обґрунтовано важливість застосування цих угод з метою врегулювання міжнародної торгівлі. Виділено два основні пріоритети міжнародної торгівельної політики під час пандемії СOVID-19.
