Вплив підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації працівників поліції на їх конкурентоспроможність
Анотація
Спираючись на аналіз наукових поглядів учених, розкрито сутнісний зміст поняття «кваліфікація». З’ясовано, що кваліфікація – це комплексна характеристика працівника, яка включає в себе наявність у нього відповідного рівня освіти, а також професійних навичок, умінь, майстерності, досвіду виконання певних процесів і дій, що в сукупності характеризують його як досвідченого суб’єкта реалізації певного виду трудової діяльності. Наголошено, що фактично кваліфікація є фактором, який визначає, чи може особа виконувати роботу, наприклад проходити службу в поліції. Здійснено аналіз норм чинного законодавства, яке закріплює правові засади підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації працівників Національної поліції України. Розкрито особливості підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації поліцейських у відповідних закладах вищої освіти. Аргументовано, що поліцейський, який пройшов відповідну підготовку, має більшу морально-психологічну, фізичну і теоретико-практичну готовність до проходження служби в поліції, а також подальшого кар’єрного зростання.
