Публічна безпека в докласичній політико-правовій думці античної Греції
Анотація
Наведено ґрунтовне теоретико-правове дослідження ключових особливостей загальнофілософського та спеціально-правового розуміння і тлумачення проблем безпеки людини, суспільства та держави в докласичній політико-правовій думці античної Греції. Проаналізовано погляди давньогрецьких авторів (поетів, філософів, істориків, юристів) – представників соціально-філософської та політико-правової думки того періоду на тлі поширених колективних уявлень про безпеку як стан суспільних відносин, умову людського (суспільного) життя та/або своєрідну соціальну цінність, об’єктів (сфер) цієї безпеки, а також суб’єктів та нормативних механізмів гарантування відповідного стану суспільства і держави. Зроблено висновок, що для переважної більшості давньогрецьких мислителів питання безпеки були пов’язані з феноменом гармонії Всесвіту, суспільства і самого людства. Важливим джерелом знань про безпеку вважалися роздуми давньогрецьких філософів про належне життя та шляхи його досягнення.
