Організаційні особливості оперативного обслуговування підрозділами кримінальної поліції ліній роботи
Анотація
Виникнення новітніх організаційно-правових форм господарювання створило передумови для зрощення кримінальних протиправностей у сфері економіки із загальним криміналітетом, у зв’язку з чим для правоохоронних органів на перший план висуваються організаційно-тактичні завдання з превенції кримінальних проявів у всіх галузях економіки, за лініями роботи, закріпленими об’єктами і територіями. Виходячи з цього, на цьому етапі розвитку економіки різко зростають роль і значення оперативного обслуговування підрозділами кримінальної поліції ліній роботи, у зв’язку з чим у статті досліджено організаційні складові оперативного обслуговування підрозділами кримінальної поліції ліній роботи. На підставі аналізу практичної діяльності підрозділів кримінальної поліції визначено шляхи оптимізації організації оперативного обслуговування підрозділами кримінальної поліції ліній роботи.
