Проблеми вдосконалення національного законодавства про охорону праці
Анотація
Досліджено норми чинного і майбутнього національного законодавства у сфері охорони праці та норми законодавства Європейського Союзу щодо безпеки та охорони здоров’я працівників на роботі. Відмічено, що національне законодавство у сфері охорони праці сьогодні характеризується певною застарілістю та невідповідністю нормативним документам Європейського Союзу у відповідній сфері. Здійснено аналіз норм підготовлених Кабінетом Міністрів України проєктів Закону України «Про безпеку та здоров’я працівників на роботі» та Закону України «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо відповідальності за порушення вимог законодавства про безпеку та здоров’я працівників на роботі». Обґрунтовано пропозиції та рекомендації з удосконалення вказаних законопроєктів. Надано авторське визначення терміна «безпека та охорона здоров’я працівників на роботі».
