Міжнародні стандарти права на достатній життєвий рівень та їх вплив на законодавство України
Анотація
Досліджено положення міжнародних стандартів права людини на достатній життєвий рівень та їх вплив на законодавство України. Визначено елементи змістового наповнення права на достатній життєвий рівень, акцентовано на проблемних аспектах його реалізації в сучасних умовах. Наголошено, що і в умовах війни держава повинна вживати заходи, направлені на унеможливлення зниження життєвого рівня своїх громадян нижче достатнього. Доведено, що національне законодавство найперше спрямоване на підтримання мінімального рівня життя людини, що значною мірою розбігається з конкретними кроками у сфері забезпечення достойного рівня життя населення.
