Правове регулювання господарської діяльності аптек в Україні
Анотація
Розглянуто особливості правового регулювання господарської діяльності аптек в Україні. Проаналізовано законодавство, яке регулює обіг лікарських засобів. Вивчено наукові праці, присвячені правовому регулюванню фармацевтичної діяльності. Охарактеризовано господарську діяльність аптек. Зазначено, що роздрібна торгівля лікарськими засобами повинна відбуватися на підставі ліцензії в разі дотримання аптекою ліцензійних умов такої діяльності. Наголошено, що працівники аптеки повинні дотримуватися вимог законодавства про захист прав споживачів. Доведено, що предметом торгівлі є особлива продукція – лікарські засоби, які зареєстровані в Україні. Запропоновано зміни до Закону України «Про лікарські засоби». Наголошено на необхідності правового врегулювання статусу аптек та особливостей роздрібної торгівлі лікарськими засобами.
