Адвокат дитини в Україні
Анотація
Досліджено позиції науковців, адвокатів щодо визначення поняття «адвокат дитини». Незважаючи на те, що в Україні вже майже три роки здійснюється сертифікація адвокатів дитини, ведеться відповідний реєстр, сьогодні українське законодавство не регламентує поняття «адвокат дитини», не закріплює вимоги до такої спеціалізації. Проаналізовано можливості, які надає Вища школа адвокатури Національної асоціації адвокатів України для отримання спеціалізації «адвокат дитини». Розглянуто досвід інших країн щодо використання на практиці понять «адвокат дитини у сімейних судах», «адвокація дітей» та встановлено вимоги до адвоката дитини.
