Квінтесенція протекції честі та гідності працівника Національної поліції
Анотація
Досліджено правову квінтесенцію протекції особистих немайнових прав працівників Національної поліції України, а саме категорії прав, що регламентують повагу до честі та гідності працівника поліції як представника органу влади. Протекція честі та гідності поліцейських як ключові терміни і об’єкти правової охорони є основною метою дослідження. Проаналізовано чинне законодавство України у сфері захисту особистих немайнових прав і судову практику. Констатовано відсутність конкретного правового захисту честі та гідності працівників поліції та порядку протекції особистих немайнових прав працівників через їхній особливий правовий статус.
